Get Microsoft 365 Notebooks for OneNote for the web are stored on OneDrive. If you no longer need a particular notebook, you can delete it. If there’s a chance that you’ll want to use it again later, you can keep the notebook and use the OneNote desktop app to change who can view or edit it. On a new notebook, I trialled Office 365 but ultimately decided to purchase Office Professional Plus 2019. Office activated correctly and on the office account shows that it is activated as Professional Plus 2019. However, all Office applications open as Office 365, not Office 2019.
