If you're an existing Webex Teams customer and already have an account, you'll see the name change when you update the app like you normally do, in line with your company's upgrade policy.

There is no change to the Webex Meetings app name.

If you don't have an account yet, you can download the all new Webex and then see the Get Started with Webex to start taking full advantage of the power of Webex.

For customers using Webex Meetings or Jabber, there is no change, you will slowly be transitioned to the Webex app.

Device Settings

Any settings you've made on your device will override the settings you specify in the app. If you want Webex notifications but have notifications turned off on your device, then you won't get notified outside of the app when someone sends you a message, updates a space, or starts a meeting. So, make sure your device notifications are turned on:
