Deezer brings on board 4 pricing tiers among which contain 1 free tier. The Deezer Premium+ charges about $9.99 per month. Even though these options limit sound quality to 320kbps, there are no annoying ads during the streaming session. There is also the option of Deezer Family, at a monthly fee of about $15. This choice covers up to 6 profiles while letting you enjoy limited mobile app use.

Tidal knows how to lock in its subscribers, a move that is evident from its 50% discount for students who make monthly payments. All you need is a valid university email account for you to enjoy these huge benefits. Even with such discounts, Tidal has no free tier except a 7-day trial. But, its premium includes 'high quality' at 320kbps. The possibility of gaining access to lossless content is also present with the Tidal Hi-Fi tier at a cost of $19.99 per month.

NEW 360 BY DEEZER APP NOW AVAILABLE FOR SONY’S 360 REALITY AUDIO FORMAT
28 October: Deezer has launched a new standalone music appthat lets HiFi music subscribers enjoy Sony’s groundbreaking 360 Reality Audio music format. The appis called 360by Deezer and isavailable for iOS and Android users.
The new 360 Reality Audio is anevolution in immersive audio experience utilizing object-based spatial audiotechnology. The new audio format lets the listener experience music as ifthey’re in the audio booth with their favorite artists. Music fans can usetheir normal headphones to enjoy it and no special hardware is needed.
In order to enjoy the 360 by Deezerapp, users need an active Deezer HiFi subscription. The app will have a smallbut growing music library at first and more tracks from a wide range of genreswill be added over time, as music gets remastered by artists. As of today,artists including: Aerosmith, Britney Spears, Earth Wind & Fire, MarvinGaye and Miles Davis are available on the 360 app.
Listeners will find featured albumsin the new format, along with a 360 editorial playlist in the new app’srecommendation page. Users can also discover 360 Reality Audio tracks byscrolling through the list of artists.
Deezer’s regular app syncs with 360by Deezer, enabling music fans to easily access their favorite songs withouthaving to switch over. Users can choose to ‘toggle’ favorite songs in 360 or merge regular tracks with those in360 Reality Audio format.

Deezer HiFi will be offered forfree for three months with the purchase of certain Sony headphone models.Following the three months, Deezer HiFi will be available for a discounted rateof $14.99 / €14.99 / £14.99.
